Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement. To process your request, please include a photo of the issue and your order number.

Returns on Unused Products

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and sealed.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
